Retail & Hospitality
SUSH has always been committed to supporting the development of local communities in providing services to Hobart. SUSH is committed to upholding anti-discrimination laws for staff and strives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace environment and culture. Since 2003 that’s been our mission. We’re serious too, by aiming to get sushi on the moon – as sustainably as possible – then we’ll have to achieve a lot of great things along the way ?
We opened in 2003 with our first store inside the Bank Arcade – with only a few staff, the shop soon became busier and busier. Sush has since opened a wholesale supplier called Sushimatic, a second takeaway store on Collins Street and a kaiten sushi experience on Hobart’s waterfront called Sush Track.
Sush Track is a takeaway and eat-in sushi business located at Franklin Wharf.
