SUSH has always been committed to supporting the development of local communities in providing services to Hobart. We’re serious too, by aiming to get sushi on the moon – as sustainably as possible – then we’ll have to achieve a lot of great things along the way ?

We opened in 2003 with our first store inside the Bank Arcade – with only a few staff, the shop soon became busier and busier. Sush has since opened a wholesale supplier called Sushimatic and a second takeaway store on Collins Street. We currently employ 80+ staff, with plans to continue growing and supporting our local community.
